About This
- This 2-inch wet/dry sanding disc kit features water-assisted wet sanding for extended durability and a convenient hook-and-loop design for quick disc changes. The foam pad minimizes vibration while protecting surfaces. Ideal for achieving professional finishes on metal, resin, wood, and other materials, it provides a complete sanding solution from initial coarse grinding to final mirror polishing
- The sanding discs kit includes 240 pieces of 2-inch silicon carbide sandpaper in 12 different grits (80-5000), 2 pieces of 2-inch soft sponge buffer pads, 2 upgraded backing pads with 1/8-inch and 1/4-inch shanks, 25 sanding sleeves, and 2 sanding drums
- Crafted from aluminum oxide and silicon carbide abrasives, our sandpaper is extremely hard with sharp grains for fast material removal and excellent surface results. Each sandpaper backing is clearly marked with the grit number for easy identification—simply choose based on your project. Remember the principle: the smaller the number, the coarser the paper; the larger the number, the finer the paper
- How to use the sanding disc kit: Start with dry sanding using the aluminum oxide sanding drum, then switch to water-assisted wet sanding for a smoother finish. The foam pad helps minimize vibration throughout the process
- Dual-mode electric and manual compatibility: Designed for both power and hand sanding, this rotary sanding kit works seamlessly with rotary tools for fast material removal or can be used manually. Perfect for professionals and DIYers seeking both efficiency and precision
