About This
- High Grade Material: This car CV boot clamp is crafted from 201 stainless steel, offering exceptional durability and wear resistance to withstand daily friction. Its high strength and stability, combined with a thickened design, further enhance structural integrity, preventing damage or deformation. Additionally, it delivers outstanding corrosion and rust resistance, maintaining good performance across diverse operating conditions.
- Vast Compatibility: Small size: Adjustable diameter range 1.77-3.14", width 0.275" (7 mm). Large size: Adjustable diameter range 1.77-6.69", width 0.275" (7 mm). It is suitable for drive and CV axle, facilitating the installation of CV joint boots, axle boots, and CV boots for UTVs/ATVs. It meets diverse vehicle models' requirements during universal joint boot installation.
- Smooth Installation: First, wrap a roll of CV joint boot clamps and adjust to the appropriate length. Pass it through the tool's front end and through the slot on the wrapped mandrel. Position it on the wrapped mandrel and rotate to apply tension. Then rotate the tool back to the clamp, apply tension at the guide bend band, and complete the cut using the built-in cutter. The process is simple and easy to operate.
- Practical Features: This car CV joint boot clamp offers freely adjustable sizing to accommodate various boot and shaft sleeve specifications. Its locking teeth stop the tie at the desired length, with each tightening cycle enhancing the clamp's holding power. To trim excess strap, use the CV joint boot ear clip banding tool.
- Package Contents: The package contains 10pcs small CV joint boot clamps and 10pcs large CV joint boot clamps. The two sizes accommodate different installation requirements. The clamps work smoothly with CV joint clamp banding tools to quickly and easily tighten and secure boot banding straps. Note: This product does not include the CV joint boot band tool.
