About This
- This professional water pipe repair tool set can fix holes and cracks on 1/2 inch and 3/4 inch water pipes. For damaged areas of different sizes, we have equipped corresponding size repair patches and repair sticks. It can be used for emergency repair of cracks and holes on PPR, PE, PVC water supply and drainage pipes in residences and garden irrigation.
- This water pipe repair tool set needs to be used with a hot melt machine. Install the metal water pipe repair die head on the hot melt machine and bond it at high temperature to achieve the repair effect of renewing the water pipe. The equipped repair sticks and repair patches perfectly match the radian of the water pipe, making the work of repairing the water pipe easier and faster.
- This water pipe repair tool set is equipped with high quality aluminum alloy die heads, and the die heads are also coated with Teflon. The advantages of this material are high temperature resistance, rapid heating and uniform heat distribution. The Teflon coating is acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, and will not adhere to repair materials and pipe walls. The repair is smooth and permanent repair can be completed within a few minutes.
- This water pipe repair tool set can save thousands of dollars on expensive wall demolition and pipe replacement costs. It can repair holes and cracks in hidden water supply and drainage pipes inside walls or in narrow spaces, enabling in-situ repair of water supply and drainage pipes without renovation, especially solving the trouble of pipe replacement caused by mistakes during decoration.
- Before using this water pipe repair tool set, first close the main valve of water supply and drainage and drain the water in the pipe. Then polish the damaged area of the pipe and the surrounding surface to remove oil stains and burrs, as these may affect the quality of pipe repair. Control the temperature and heating area during heating to prevent pipe deformation and insufficient hot melting caused by excessive temperature. After bonding with a hot melt machine, press the repaired area of the pipe for a few seconds. After complete cooling and solidification, conduct a water pressure test to ensure no leakage after pipe repair.
