About This
- Material: Made of carbon steel, surface blackening treatment, solid, not easy to rust.
- Handle: Double dip plastic handle, composite ergonomics, comfortable grip, can reduce hand fatigue for long time work.
- Uses: Designed to assist in the removal and replacement of Hotchkiss style snap rings on universal joints with greater visibility. Meanwhile, Also used to break loose, remove as well as replace even the most highly corroded snap rings, plastic (push-pin) retainers, u-joint bearing cups and plastic clips that secure body panels. The 75° curved jaws are better suited for use in confined areas with less effort.
- Application: Suitable for and not limited to the following devices. Commonly found on class 1-5 trucks, cars, atv/utv and equipment. (For use with Ford F-150/550, for use with Chevrolet 1500/5500, for use with Ram 1500/5500, etc.).
- Easy to Use: Simply insert the pliers into the hole in the snap ring and squeeze the handle to remove the circlip; or tighten the clasp with the pliers and pull it out firmly.
