About This
- SILICONE SEALANT FINISHING TOOL: Metex Silicon Block shapes and smooths your bathroom caulk like a pro, producing consistently neat 6mm & 8mm silicone beads with just a few swipes. Removes bead dents and finishes corners neatly. It also works in tight areas, behind faucets and in corners, and is easy to use for both DIY and tradespeople.
- VERSATILE: Perfect for smoothing tile joints, preventing grout joint dents, corner tooling, and DIY work; Finishing caulk jobs with great looking sealant joints is now easier than ever. You can complete work on your bathroom, kitchen, floors, doors and windows. Ideal for sealing shower trays, bathtubs and sinks.
- DURABLE MATERIALS: This finisher tool is made from a durable silicone compound; easy to clean with soapy water, and easy to store. Silicone Block is only 30mm wide, it also works in tight areas such as behind faucets. And unlike finishing silicone with your finger, it doesn’t leave a trough in the sealant in which water, mold or bacteria could accumulate!
- SAVES TIME AND MONEY: Use the profiling tool to smooth, clean or shape silicone sealant. You can rework blemishes instead of removing existing joints and eliminate the need for masking tape, saving you time and money. No need for multiple parts or bits that could get lost.
- HOW IT WORKS: Apply caulk to tile joint. Spray Silicone Block with soap & water mixture (repeat this as and when needed during tooling). Place Silicone Block over sealant and swipe away from corners. Clean block of caulk build up when needed and repeat tooling to get a perfect finish. Wipe clean after use. Not compatible with solvent cleaners.
