About This
- HIGH QUALITY: It is easy to use permanent bonding method provides high strength and long-term durability. It consists of a durable acrylic strong adhesive with viscoelastic properties. This provides an extraordinarily strong double sided foam tape and offers design flexibility with its viscoelasticity and powerful ability to bond a variety of surfaces.
- BOND SMOOTH SURFACE: Bonds most painted metal and plastic without surface residue or abrading. Specially formulated synthetic adhesive bonds most paints and powder coats, as well as window materials such as glass, acrylic, and polycarbonate, stone and wood.
- FEATURE: Clean, smooth appearance on walls and doors with no spot weld defects and refinishing. Pressure sensitive adhesive for quick application with immediate handling strength to speed assembly. Strength to replace mechanical fasteners and spot welds in many applications. Neat application without the mess and curing delay as liquid adhesives. The 5952 tape can replace mechanical fasteners (rivets, welds, screws) or liquid adhesives.
- INSTALLATION TIPS: At room temperature, approximately 50% of the ultimate strength will be achieved after 20 minutes, 90% after 24 hours and 100% after 72 hours. Use a knife to cut a corners of the adhesive side for easier film liner peel off.
- APPLICATIONS :Recommended applications like decorative material and trim, nameplates and logos, electronic displays, panel to frame, stiffener to panel. Our bonding tapes provide excellent shear strength, conformability, surface adhesion and temperature resistance. They are commonly used in applications across a variety of markets including transportation, appliance, electronics, construction, sign and display and general industrial.
